A crucial part of the CustomBuildTorches gun mounted lighting systems is the fact that the torch can be detached and then re-attached to the gun scope in literally seconds, offering both safety and practicality.

The torch can be separated for scanning fields and re-attached quickly and silently when the target is sighted, and is easily removed when the gun is put back into its case.  
 
This innovative system is unlocked and locked back into place by simply pushing a lever backwards and forwards, with tension springs aiding the quick release.
  
Each time the torch is re-attached, it is zero'd into exactly the same position needing no adjustment.  This can be done one handed, quickly and quietly, whilst in pitch blackness. 

The CustomBuildTorches mounting system utilizes the standard weaver (picatinni) rail, which offers the system both adaptability and future proofs the system against any future modifications.
